Tonight we went fishing with our friends the Jarvie's. We took Jeff and his 5 year old sun out to Jordan River to drown some chicken livers. We were all successful. The biggest challenge was setting the hook. We were getting bites every few minutes. Kareena decided she was going to catch the biggest catfish. It was about 24" inches and quite healthy.
She did so great at baiting the hook with the chicken livers, casting, and setting the hook. But touching the ugly things was drawing the line I guess. It seemed a lot bigger in real life :). It sure was fun to see her reel it in. Catfish don't fight as hard as other fish but this one put up a good one. She did great!!
Way to go Kareena!!! That is awesome! You sure know how to reel in Chris along with catfish! Ha. You guys are too cute!
