Here are the pics of our new home in Payson (in no particular order.) The home is BEAUTIFUL but needs quite a bit of work. We are grateful we got it for such a steal of a deal, and now the real work begins! The entire landscape and sprinkler system needs to be redone, a lot of the tilework needs the grout taken out and put back in, re-sealed, etc. Lots of caulking, painting, new carpet, etc and making this home ours. We couldn't be happier!
