Pic Overload

Welcome to the last month of our life in no particular order.....

Chris took Ty fishing at Salem Ponds.  Ty was in heaven.  He thought he had a snag, but it was a ginormous rainbow trout!!!!

The fish was so big it's head hung off the plate and right in your face when you opened the fridge!  Caitlin and Mike stayed with us that night and poor Caitlin was scared to open the fridge!

We decided to go back to Salem Ponds for a family canoe ride a day or two later.  The kids did great and it was perfect weather!

Chris, Ty, and Libby joined the Coxes on their camping trip for an afternoon.  The kids were in HEAVEN up there.  Thank you Coxes~

Chris has been working on this pond all week!  He has been lugging huge boulders and cleaning this baby out and using his artistic eye to place rocks.  He had it all put together in time for my party with all of the dance specialists from my stake for the Provo City Center Temple Dedication.  And when all of my friends were here, I forgot to take a picture:(  We had a blast!

Back to California.  We ate a lot of strawberries....cause they are so good!

Ty and Libby enjoyed playing with the worm farm at Grandma and Grandpa Watkins house.

Chris went on a fishing trip with Ken Fox and his dad while we were there.  I am grateful for all of the things Grandma had for the kids to keep them busy!

We had a cold day where we played ice cream shop. 

We made the shop, the money, the menu and Ty told us how much each scoop was and we played for hours!

A few weeks ago Libby was CONVINCED she could fill the pond with water.  She spent an hour coming in the kitchen, filling up her Eater bucket with water and pouring water in the pond.

She's just funny.

Ty was cutting our weed flowers and giving them to Libby in a big bouquet.

Libby is saying a lot of cute things these days.  I just can't remember them to write them at the moment. She is talking so much and also very mischievous.  She seriously likes to try and cut with my knives in the kitchen, which sometimes is a little scary finding her with them!

I feel like Ty grows up so much each time I cut his hair.  My little boy really is growing up.  Since we have moved he is aware there are a lot more kids his age in the neighborhood and is always begging to go play with his friends.  I have to keep this in mind and get to know our neighbors better so Ty will have kiddos to play with.
